Find Me At Sea

I arrived at Quinta an hour early so after letting the OM people know I was there I went off on a prayer walk around their grounds for 50 minutes. Was actually a good time to spend with God - I appreciated it a lot.

So my interview consisted of 2 ladies - Mary and Lorraine - who were very nice to me - asking me lots of questions about my faith and my life and my past and stuff. I found it all a little embarrasing actually - I hate talking about myself like that! I came away with all the usual thoughts - oh I wish I hadn't said that, or I wish I'd said this... and maybe feeling a little deflated! But actually I reckon if I get a place then all the more glory to God coz if it was based on my ability to do interviews then I'd have flunked! And also if God wants me on that ship then it doesn't matter how the interview went, so I'm quietly optimistic! I should find out in a week or two, after they've contacted the ship. I've asked to go on Logos II which sails round the Americas and Africa. I'm really excited!
