I hope you both maneuver well through the normal-ships-day. Well..what's normal anyways? But having experienced "Salt&Pepper" on board I know its not the easiest thing to "do"/"live"..you name it.
But as I've seen you two sometimes together before you got "SP", i thought it would be nice to see you together one day. Later on someone told me and I rejoiced inwardly.
May the Lord really guide you through the ups and downs of "relationship on a ship" into a wonderful time beyond imagination.
Keep trying to understand the big picture giving HIM alone the right to chisle and work on your character so that He might carry on to completion the God work He has been started in you.
Tomorrow is Ranny's B-Day. I wish I could surprise her by just showing up in Seoul. But I cannot - need ot write a test tomorrow. But she has visited me for 3 weeks - I guess you've seen us in December on LH and in April and Mai I'll be in Korea - for the first time in my life. Can you imagine how exited i am??
Well..time 2 go 2 bed. I'll keep you two in my prayer tonight.

'…I will sail my vessel 'til the river runs dry.
Like a bird upon the wind, these waters are my sky.
I'll never reach my destination if I never try,
So I will sail my vessel 'til the river runs dry.
Too many times we stand aside and let the water slip away.
To what we put off 'til tomorrow has now become today.
So don't you sit upon the shore and say you're satisfied.
Choose to chance the rapids and dare to dance the tides.'
-Garth Brooks/Victoria Shaw
I am a 27 year old English girl, married to my awesome American husband Luke, and living in Colorado.
Luke and I met while serving onboard OM Ships, an evangelical Christian missions organization. We served aboard MV Logos II and MV Logos Hope from 2006-2008. After working back in England for a year, I got my visa, moved to the States and married the love of my life in January 2009.
In my younger days, I had worked as a carer, for a church and for the UK Environment Agency as well as many temp admin jobs. I have a BS in Molecular Biology, though as yet have not really used it, and have visited approx. 32 countries!
I love to travel but for now, in this chapter of my life, I can only dream... :)
